How do I use my wax melt burner?
Wax melts are placed on the top of the burner, making sure the melted wax spreads evenly.
》Too much and the hot wax may overflow, too little and the hot wax may start to smoke.
Tealight candles are placed in the bottom of the burner in the opening provided. Always use a standard tealight and never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
》Use a candle that's too large and your burner may catch fire, burn for longer than 4 hours and your wax may overheat.
Please note that every wax burner will differ in shape and size, so please do follow your burners manufacturing instructions.

Why is white smoke / vapour coming from my burner?
When using the wax melts you may see vapour (white smoke) emitting from the wax.
This is normal and is in fact the fragrance being released from the wax. Our products are highly fragranced as we use a high amount of fragrance to ensure a good scent. Please do not be alarmed by the sight of any fragrance vapour, it will not affect the product nor will it have any effect on you the user.
If however, you ever see black smoke, please extinguish your tea-light candle immediately - the wax is burning too hot and there may be a hairline crack in the dish of your burner.
